Our almost 20 years of hands on childcare experience has equipped us with the expertise to effectively meet the needs of parents, children and prospective nannies. Our journey began in 1992 with the opening of our family-owned daycare, Little_Beginners. Based in the DC metropolitan area, Little Beginners is highly recognized by parents and the community as a provider of exceptional care and unique programs for infants-toddlers in: Spanish, Arts & Crafts, Music, Dance and Summer Programs.

Our success with Little Beginners and desire to continuously meet the needs of our clientele led to the natural expansion into nanny referrals. Our background in childcare and genuine love for children makes us the go to nanny referral agency for properly trained nannies and caring support for our families!

Our Selection Process

The Agape Nanny Agency carefully screens and trains every nanny.

Many of our nannies are college graduates or current students. Others are mothers and grandmothers, who have raised their own children and want to continue doing the thing they love the most - nurturing kids.

Our Process Includes:
• An in-person interview
• Criminal background check
• Thorough reference checking
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Mandatory training

We recruit, screen and interview all qualified nanny applicants. We also verify references, conduct background checks and train every nanny.
